1. Eligibility & Offer Details
- This offer is available to new clients only and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
- Participants must have a pre-existing WordPress website.
- The free Live Comparison is available for websites that require 20GB of storage or less. Websites exceeding this limit may not qualify or may need to purchase additional hosting resources.
- SiteVivid does not provide email hosting. If needed, we can recommend a suitable provider.
2. Access Requirements
To perform the Live Comparison, SiteVivid requires one of the following:
- sFTP credentials (user, password, port, and host) for your current hosting server, OR
- Temporary WordPress administrator credentials. If you choose this option, SiteVivid will install two plugins to facilitate cloning. These plugins and the temporary admin user may be safely removed after the process is complete.
Security Notice: All credentials provided will be used exclusively for the cloning process and will not be stored or retained beyond that purpose.
3. Testing Site Details
- Your website will be cloned onto a password-protected virtual private server (VPS) at SiteVivid’s Bronze level.
- The cloned site will be accessible only to you and is not publicly viewable.
- You will have 48 hours from the time access is provided to evaluate the performance.
4. Next Steps After Testing
- If you choose to migrate to SiteVivid, we will oversee the final migration process.
- If you do not migrate, the testing site and all associated data will be permanently deleted after the 48-hour period. This will have no effect on your live website.
Hosting Offer:
- This offer applies only to the first year of hosting. After the first year, standard hosting plan pricing applies.
- For the first year, you’ll receive three months free when subscribing to SiteVivid’s Fully Managed Starter Hosting Package with a Bronze VPS level and 20 minutes of content edits per month, OR
- A $225 discount on a 12-month subscription to any other Fully Managed WordPress Hosting plan or VPS level.

- The free Live Comparison is limited to the Bronze VPS level. Testing on higher-tier VPS may incur additional fees.
- Websites exceeding the resource limits of Bronze hosting are ineligible.
- Malware & Security Disclaimer: If your website contains malware, blacklisted content, or security vulnerabilities, SiteVivid may decline the comparison or require remediation before proceeding.
- Compatibility Limitations: Websites using outdated or highly customized configurations may experience compatibility issues. SiteVivid is not responsible for performance discrepancies caused by pre-existing conditions.
- Liability Waiver: SiteVivid is not responsible for any impact on your existing website due to third-party hosting limitations, pre-existing performance issues, or unexpected conflicts during the cloning process.
- Migration Responsibility: If you choose to leave SiteVivid during the 60-day trial, you are responsible for migrating your website to another host. SiteVivid will provide sufficient WordPress and sFTP credentials to facilitate the move.
- Some limitations may apply that may disqualify or disallow participation.
