This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is an amendment to the Agreement between SiteVivid (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the Customer (“you” or “your”). It defines the guidelines and restrictions governing your use of our Services.

Prohibited Activities
By using our Services, you agree not to engage in, promote, or facilitate activities that:
- Illegal, Harmful, or Offensive Use
- Violate any local, state, federal, or international laws.
- Infringe on intellectual property rights, including copyright, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets.
- Contain or promote pornography, sex trafficking, non-consensual sex acts, or bestiality.
- Advocate or engage in animal cruelty, gambling, fraud, defamation, slander, or libel.
- Support or enable terrorism, drug trafficking, arms trafficking, or human trafficking.
- Encourage hate speech, violence, or discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or age.
- Malicious Content & Cybersecurity Violations
- Distribute or host malware, phishing sites, spyware, adware, ransomware, or hacking tools.
- Engage in DDoS attacks, network disruptions, unauthorized access attempts, or social engineering.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk emails in violation of FTC CAN-SPAM Act or international equivalents.
- Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scans, or security audits on SiteVivid’s network without prior written approval.
Hosting & Website Use Restrictions
You may not use our Services for:
- Excessive Resource Usage
Running high-load processes that degrade service quality for other users. - Open Proxy or VPN Services
Operating anonymizing proxies without explicit authorization. - Cryptocurrency Mining
Using server resources for blockchain mining. - Mass Emailing
Sending unsolicited emails that violate anti-spam laws.
If your resource usage significantly exceeds that of similar users, we may require you to upgrade your plan or limit your account’s resources.
Regulated & Sensitive Information
You are prohibited from using our Services to store, process, or transmit:
- Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA regulations.
- Cardholder Data protected under PCI-DSS (e.g., credit card numbers).
- Any other legally regulated financial data (e.g., banking details, tax IDs).
We assume no liability for data breaches or violations resulting from your misuse of our Services for sensitive data storage.
Security Responsibilities
- You are responsible for securing your account credentials and access permissions.
- You must take reasonable steps to protect your website and applications from compromise.
- You must report any suspected security breaches to SiteVivid immediately.
Failure to implement appropriate security measures may result in account suspension or termination.
Third-Party Services & Compliance
- Use of Third-Party Providers
SiteVivid partners with third-party service providers to deliver its Services. - Customer’s Responsibility

Enforcement & Penalties
If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take any of the following actions:
- Issue a Warning
We may notify you of the violation and request corrective action. - Restrict or Suspend Service
We may limit your access to our network or temporarily suspend your account. - Terminate Your Account
Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate termination of your services. - Legal Action & Liability
If violations cause harm to our services, clients, or third parties, you may be subject to legal action and financial liability.
Spam Violation Fee: Sending spam using our Services is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a $500 charge per incident, reflecting estimated damages.
