- We’re confident in our Fully Managed WordPress Hosting, which is why we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee for new customers.
  - If you choose to move your website to another host within the first 30 days, we’ll refund your plan fees.
  - A refund request must be included in your cancellation notice, which must be submitted within 30 days of your billing period start date.
  - Refund and cancellation requests must be sent via email to Support@SiteVivid.com.
  - This guarantee applies only to Fully Managed WordPress Hosting. It does not cover Worry-Free or All-In-One plans, including the hosting portion of those plans.
  - Refunds are available only to new customers.

Live Comparison
Access Requirements
To perform the comparison, SiteVivid requires either:
- sFTP credentials (user, password, port, and host) to your current hosting server, OR
- Temporary WordPress administrator credentials to your website. If you choose the latter, SiteVivid will install two plugins to facilitate cloning. These plugins and the temporary admin user may be safely removed after the process is complete.
Security Notice: All credentials provided will be used exclusively for the cloning process and will not be stored or retained beyond that purpose.

Testing Site Details
- Your website will be cloned onto a password-protected virtual private server (VPS) at the Bronze or Bronze Max level.

- The cloned site will be accessible only to you and is not publicly viewable.
- You will have 48 hours from the time access is provided to evaluate performance.
Next Steps After Testing
- If you choose to migrate to SiteVivid, we will oversee the final migration process.
- If you do not migrate, the testing site and all associated data will be permanently deleted after the 48-hour period.
Limitations & Restrictions
- The free comparison is available only at Bronze and Bronze Max VPS levels. Testing on higher-tier plans may incur additional fees.
- Websites exceeding the resource limits of these plans are ineligible.
- Malware & Security Disclaimer: If your current website contains malware, blacklisted content, or security vulnerabilities, SiteVivid may decline the comparison or require remediation before proceeding.
- Compatibility Limitations: Websites using outdated or highly customized configurations may experience compatibility issues, and SiteVivid is not responsible for performance discrepancies caused by pre-existing conditions.
- Liability Waiver: SiteVivid is not responsible for any impact on your existing website due to third-party hosting limitations, pre-existing performance issues, or unexpected conflicts during the cloning process.
- Right to Refuse Service: SiteVivid reserves the right to decline or revoke this offer at its discretion for any reason.
4 Months Free Hosting Terms
This offer gives new clients 4 months of free hosting when they sign up for an annual plan. Here’s what to know:
- New clients only. This deal is just for first-time SiteVivid hosting customers.
- First year only. The 4 free months apply to your first year of hosting.
- Annual plan required. To get the offer, you’ll need to sign up for a full year in advance.
- Standard renewal rate after year one. After your first year, your plan renews at our regular annual rate.
- Not redeemable for cash. The free months can’t be exchanged, transferred, or cashed out.
- Can’t be combined. This promo can’t be stacked with other discounts or special offers.
- Fair use applies. Abuse of the offer (like making multiple accounts to get more free months) may result in cancellation.
